We started Soul Foods because we were tired of turning a package over, reading the ingredients list, and not recognizing half of what was in it.
Our honey sticks are just that — honey. Sourced from the Himalayan foothills, lab-tested every batch, nothing added to bulk it out or make it shelf-stable longer than it should be. If you can't pronounce an ingredient, we probably didn't put it in there.
We're a small, family-run business based in BC, and every order is one we personally stand behind. If something's not right, reach out — we read every message ourselves.

Can children have these honey sticks?
Honey should not be given to children under 12 months of age. For children over 1 year, honey can generally be enjoyed as part of their regular diet. Younger children should be supervised while using the stick.
Is there any added sugar?
No added sugar. Natural and Holy Basil are 100% pure honey. Lemon and Ginger are made with pure honey blended with 10% real juice extract.
Is this raw honey?
No. Our honey is lightly filtered rather than sold as raw honey, giving you a clean and convenient product while preserving its natural character.
Can I add it to hot tea or coffee?
Yes. Tear the stick and squeeze it straight into tea, coffee or another drink. You can also enjoy it directly from the stick or add it to breakfast and snacks.
Why does honey sometimes crystallize?
Crystallization is a natural characteristic of honey. It can happen over time depending on temperature and the natural sugars present in the honey, and it does not mean the honey has gone bad. Gently put the stick in warm water to liquify.
How should I store the honey sticks?
Store them in a cool, dry place at room temperature and away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
